Greetings! My name is Marina and I am the founder of Marly Consultancy. I have been working as a consultant and coach for over 25 years, weaving together a background in communication, branding and entrepreneurship with a long-standing interest in consciousness practice, human development and integrative wellbeing.
At its core, Marly helps individuals and organisations better understand their unique nature, strengths and purpose – and express them with greater clarity, creativity and sovereignty. Whether working with a person, a team or a business, our focus is on uncovering what is authentic, distinctive and truly meaningful in a rapidly changing world. We then guide in translating that understanding into practical action and expression.
At Marly, we do not view education, coaching, entrepreneurship, meditation and creativity as separate fields. They are interconnected aspects of the human experience that shape our perception, values, relationships and participation. Over the years, I have come to appreciate that what connects them all is the dynamic interplay between consciousness and communication.
We support individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations in navigating the complexities of personal and professional life from a holistic perspective. Through one-to-one consulting, workshops, retreats and educational initiatives, Marly offers a space for reflection, insight, growth and authentic self-expression in order to cultivate greater resilience and resourcefulness.
